The products, annual output up to 1,000 tons, are well selling in domestic market, America, Europe and Asia, etc., winning well reputation among all customers.
Hongtuo has advanced equipments for investment casting and machining. Casting-process simulation computer system, Spectrograph, Strength Tester, Metallographic analysis instrument, Autoclave de-wax, Heat-treatment oven, 500kg M-Frequency Furnace, vacuum smelting furnace, Heat-treatment testing oven, Plasma Cutting, Shot-blasting machine, CNC-lathe, Vertical lathe, etc., fully facilities to assure chemical composition, nondestructive testing, mechanical properties. The staff: 2 Senior Engineers, 4 engineers, 2 accountants, and technical staff accounted for 30%.
